You need better cutting skills. You could expedite the entire cutting process by just using the big Chinese cleaver. You way overloaded your wok, there was no wok hai. By overloading the wok, everything got steamed instead of stir frying. Also, deep frying the chicken is highly unusual.

It looks nice, but I have to ask....where are you going to put your leftovers that you aren't going to freeze, your Thanksgiving, Christmas turkey, ham, goose in the freezer until it's time to thaw it out for 3 days in the refrigerator, or the big pan of stuffing/dressing and all those sides you fixed the day before and is ready for the oven, or the pies, salads?? You haven't left room for anything unexpected! What if relatives, with a baby and bottles, come to stay? Where do you put things? Don't get me wrong, I love all the boxes, but you have bought way more than you can eat in a "best when eaten by" date! I use the boxes but, not on every shelf! I left plenty of room for a salad, meat thawing, and leftovers. Please remember to save space when you do this!

That looks really nice but not entirely practical. WHERE do you plan to put leftovers, salads, make ahead to cook later items, desserts that require refrigeration, meat that needs refrigeration while marinating, meat to thaw out in the refrigerator.. like a Turkey, make ahead meal items for a big celebration... like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or birthday dinners, sudden new recipe meal items???? You have left no space for anything other than those boxes! I love the boxes and I use them. But, I left room clear for other things, too, and it still looks nice. Rule number one is never buy more perishable items than you can eat in a given time. It can still go bad or out of date in a box!
